It was a very tensed and dramatic game,everyone wanted the ball,everybody was playing good.Spain had many goal opportunities,only to be denied by the ex-Arsenal's keeper Lehmann.Germany was attacking every chance they could,but right after El Nino scored,the entire Spanish team's morale and confidence was boosted and the game was pumped with more adrenaline rush.

i'm so restless.twitchy and fidgety,i am so impatient,i can't really wait,its hours from now,in the wee hours of the morning -Spain facing Russia again,and if they could beat Russia just like what they did before,that is it-we're goin to the Euro finals.

Turkey could have won,they could have snubbed Germany yesterday,but it was a hard game-and they've proven they are strong,and that Germany qualified for the finals.

Now the game later,i got the feeling that David Villa will be closely marked,and it's goin to be a tight compact game.its not goin to be 'a stroll in the park 'no more,Russia have beaten Van basten's boys,and they have however,adapted to the speed and pace,and its not goin to be an easy match,it's a global 'private battle',and they are certainly not goin to be trashed tonite.it's goin to get difficult.

but knowing Spain's attacking fleet with excellent precision swift passes and good defence(with Puyol and Casillas),hotdamn Spain's gonna break through!
and that's gonna be fantastic!

and we shall see...Que Viva Espana!!

working in the service industry quite long enough,and have seen how mean 'customers' could be.as foul as their underarms,some will even scream at top of their lungs if their demands are not met.and yes i've seen that shit too.

the 'customers' are people,human beings just like you and me.
they come in variety of shapes,colour and sizes.
when they are not happy with the service delivered,they will either cause a commotion and the duty supervisor or manager will attend to the issue or they will secretly sent out a poisonous letter to a variety of bosses of the same organization-and that will cause more hurt.

and the latter was what i did.

earlier today i pumped petrol at a gas station and when i wanna settle the payment at the counter,the cashier asked whether i had a smaller note and i replied "sorry,that's all i have."and even peeled my wallet to prove to her.what pissed me off was she just grabbed my $50 bill off my hand,and gave me my change and receipt back in the most ill mannered way and worst still without saying "thank you".instead i said "THANK YOU" to her 3 times but she just pretended i wasn't there.HOW RUDE!!!

no smile and bad service.i could be kicked from work if i was in her oily shoes.that action of hers reflects badly not only on herself but also tarnishing the name of the company she works for.such shame.

i couldn't be bothered initially.but as time past,my anger grew bigger and bigger-->and i could even remember everything so right,the pump no,her ugly name and face and even the time and address of the station.oh boy!that's it,i wrote down a complaint letter and shoot it down to her main office.NOPE i don't feel fine,i am still angry.

that was the first time i've ever sent a complaint letter and believe me that's not the last.i wanna be a typical singaporean coz i've had it.you can't beat em',you join em!
