it's almost a week now-i've been coughin' real bad,especially during asleep,it kept me awake,and couldn't feel my actual self-i'm the programmed cyborg,dragging myself around,trying hard to complete all the tasks,with the little insufficient rest and the sickness which is pulling me down-deteriorated,well almost.

and to add-my HTC touch phone messed up-i couldn't type or send messages,contacts deleted-it went beserk-and screwed me up pretty bad as most of informations i saved it in that mobile.and the situation worsened till i couldn't see a damn thing on the screen each time i flipped the phone.

but i'm saved-good thing i could early recontract my mobile plan-and Minerva chipped in and got me a fresh new E-71.feel good time.

been a crazy month actually,and expecting more in the following months to come-be it personal or at work-and so the word is "Global Economic Downturn",but we're running big events each weekends-and the shopping centres never seems to be short of patrons;the question is,"Do you know that we shouldbe saving instead of spending?"

well i did spend too-out of impulse-2 pairs of Vision old school skate shoes.no remorse.

the lack of good sleep,lack of the habit of drinking water regularly,dusty environment,eating too much spicy food and the bad weather which is largely responsible for making myself a lil out of control especially when i can't really get a good night sleep-irritation in the throat which caused myself to cough mad in the middle of the night and so i decided to take a trip down to the clinic,and yes,in the rain i walk slowly and was quite surprised to find out that the clinic was quiet,and for the first time in my visit-to-the-doctor i was able to register myself and straight away knock on the cold wooden door and see the doc.

the bespectacled old man issued an official medical chit-that i could go home and recuperate-i bagged home flu,headache tabs and a plastic bottle containing dark brownish cough mixture.
i walked back to work,pack my stuffs and head to Minerva's late grandma's funeral-and travelled all the way to Chua Chu Kang cemetary and witnessed the sorrowful burial ceremony in the afternoon drizzle.and once done i rode on my scoot and head back home.a long hot shower and late lunch,i popped the medicine that the doctor issued,and there i was-knocked out.

today is my day off-neither could i go for my swim nor my daily run,still feeling uncomfortable and groggy with the after effects of the prescription drugs.and when i open my closet to get my tee,the whole bulk of clothes came rushing down,like a landslide.and there i was,occupied,spending my noon clearing the mess,folding my clothes one by one,and putting it back-restoring order one more time.

Liverpool FC is coming to SG!this july 26th and due to that me and Minerva had to slice our honeymoon short,we're both looking forward to this!Y.N.W.A!!!

i turn 32 today.
and i was reflecting back-i really had fun-both good and bad times.
and most importantly i have a loving family,a wonderful wife-to-be and good company of friends and colleagues.
and since yesterday,well wishers via sms started pouring in."Happy Birthday Sam!!!","You're Older today!!"and all that.
too bad no champagne popping or the deejay sending out love to the birthday boy,with confetti and loud thumping music-this is good enough for me.
quiet,peaceful lil celebration.

i like the cakes,the little quiet dinner with Minerva.

in the beginning during the match at old trafford,reina clumsiness led to a penalty,which silenced the away players and fans,but following that it changed everything.

it shook and stunned the world-man utd thrashed at their very own turf.we all witnessed history,of another bitter rivalry match between the red devils and the mighty reds.and they all blamed the lost to vidic,which i strongly reject;it's not him,it's due to the home team's lack of defence and being swallowed with their over-confidence,underestimating the Anfield boys fast counter attacks and superb accurate passes.have they forgotten how LFC destroyed real madrid's hopes and dreams just days before,and it's not 1 or 2 goals we're talking about here,it's a trashing man utd gotta live in pure embarassment,not only for this season,but for the rest of our lives,4-1,remember that.

everything looked glum today.
the weather.the sight & sound.the time crawling so s.l.o.w.
and everything look even worse if you're a real madrid fan.

for i've good reason to celebrate especially when i've to force myself to shut the alarm clock blaring loud at 3.45am.but it's worth for a fan who can't keep himself still even when it was so difficult to stay awake watching his favourite team playing against Real Madrid at Anfield live on channel Espn.

it was a high intensity match,the were all over the place with systematic passes,very swift and deadly tactics and it was proven-4 goals worth celebrating.El nino and Skipper Stevie G's goals were superbly inspirational and in the final 7 minutes towards the end of the game,enter Dossena and shortly after a yellow card,he rammed the fourth goal into Casilla's net.

with the impressive win-it boosted a motivation for both players and fans all around the world that the next match at old trafford will be fiery.the mighty reds will prove it!Y.N.W.A!
