With the recent fuel and food inflation,every single price tag on planet Earth seems to follow the same pattern-that is increasing and not the other way round(one stick of satay=50 cents now!wow!),and not to mention we're still stuck with the same non-motivational digits on our payroll which is kinda worrying actually.(Hey Boss if you're reading this,c'mon be nice and fork out some additional few hundreds in my next and all consecutive pays please;transport+ERP charges+parking fees+vehicle maintenance allowances,oooh thanx!you're a darling!i promise i'll report to work 15mins earlier everyday and stay back 15mins later than usual!!!!!and i'll take ony 15mins mealbreak!!!!deal???)

i felt the pinch when i travelled to town yesterday,and i've vowed NOT to enter city when the ERPs are operational.and just in case if you're still livin' under the coconut shell,ears pluggin,head bangin' to Ricky Martin "She Bangs";since last monday,5 new ERP gantries started operation already;-Toa payoh,Upper Boon Keng,Kallang Bahru,Geylang Bahru and last but not least,Upper Bukit Timah.and seriously,if you are affected badly by the new ERP implementation,i strongly suggest you change your mode of transport or camp at your office,seriously.

Thank God,i'm working in the East,and i'm spared from the malicious deductions.but i got the funny feeling,it won't be long till you'll find,everywhere from east to west side of sunny Lion City,those prominent ERP gantries will decorate our busy roads.and very soon the ERP gantry will fit into picture perfect colourful postcards and sent through out all over the world,a national icon,just like the Merlion,Vanda Miss Joaquim and the thorny Esplanade...i'm lovin' it!aren't you proud of it?

and just a crazy suggestion-shouldn't we stop the traffic and close all roads with ERP Gantries on New Year's Eve,round up everybody and do the countdown together utilising the big LED screen?they could use some pyros and fireworks and some big speakers rig to the gantry's frame-it could be spectacular,don't ya think?or how about national day celebrations,we could parade from one gantry to another,and we could have goodie bags with cashcard giveaways!ooh that'll be cool ain't it?or the ERP marathon!runners with mini IU units fabricated onto their watches!how about ERP F1 race?and toying the idea-"Your ERP Gantry in Colour!with different theme on each gantry islandwide-coz it looked so dull in grey....
