Parti Keadilan Rakyat with Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim emerged as the victorious winner at the Permatang Pauh Parliamentary By-Election last evening.Anwar had garnered 31,195 votes while Barisan Nasional,represented by Datuk Arif Shah Omar Shah,only managed to obtain 15,524 votes and Akim's Hanafi Mamat with the least at only 92 votes.
