enufffffffffffffffffffffff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

working in the service industry quite long enough,and have seen how mean 'customers' could be.as foul as their underarms,some will even scream at top of their lungs if their demands are not met.and yes i've seen that shit too.

the 'customers' are people,human beings just like you and me.
they come in variety of shapes,colour and sizes.
when they are not happy with the service delivered,they will either cause a commotion and the duty supervisor or manager will attend to the issue or they will secretly sent out a poisonous letter to a variety of bosses of the same organization-and that will cause more hurt.

and the latter was what i did.

earlier today i pumped petrol at a gas station and when i wanna settle the payment at the counter,the cashier asked whether i had a smaller note and i replied "sorry,that's all i have."and even peeled my wallet to prove to her.what pissed me off was she just grabbed my $50 bill off my hand,and gave me my change and receipt back in the most ill mannered way and worst still without saying "thank you".instead i said "THANK YOU" to her 3 times but she just pretended i wasn't there.HOW RUDE!!!

no smile and bad service.i could be kicked from work if i was in her oily shoes.that action of hers reflects badly not only on herself but also tarnishing the name of the company she works for.such shame.

i couldn't be bothered initially.but as time past,my anger grew bigger and bigger-->and i could even remember everything so right,the pump no,her ugly name and face and even the time and address of the station.oh boy!that's it,i wrote down a complaint letter and shoot it down to her main office.NOPE i don't feel fine,i am still angry.

that was the first time i've ever sent a complaint letter and believe me that's not the last.i wanna be a typical singaporean coz i've had it.you can't beat em',you join em!
