Case issue no.1-Hans vs Couple and a Kid.

Hans,a carousel and kiddie mini convoy cars operator,had to man both rides as the other female operator went to the loo to relief herself.as he led the kids to their exit from the convoy ride,a kid hopped happily onto one of the cars as parents watched closely behind the barricaded entrance.after 4 rounds of cruising around on the metal platform,hans stoppped the ride and as he open the barricade to lead the kid out,kid's daddy questioned him,"how come he got 4 rounds instead,while the kids before him got 8 rounds?"for $3 per kid is entitled to 4 rounds as stated on the banner,for your information.Hans didn't want to get entangled into arguments,and led the kid back into the car for another set of rounds.as he thought that would bring peace and happiness to both kid and parents but...Daddy was furious and decided to pursue the matter,to lodge a complain.the family walked a short distance into the airconditioned information centre nearby,and talked to guest relation officer.Hans followed them inside,and approached them,asking them gently and in calm manner,but by then,Daddy turned into a fit of rage,causing a scene.Hans just asked him,still in a cool tone,"i'm just doing my job,do you want my job till you have to scream and shout at me,i got your kid his fair share."feeling a little upset,hans told him that he could lodge a complain at the guest relation officer and he left the place,back to his duty.as he left,Daddy was shouting real loud.but the story didn't end there.they sat on the sofa refusing to budge and Daddy rang up the police and reported to them that he and his family felt threatened by Hans.but what Hans did?kid got his happy rounds,he didn't even raise his voice,and not even a single profanity he muttered,but why?

Case issue no.2-Xiau Hui vs a member of event organising committee.

a family day event.big crowd.music blaring.emcee babbling.pop-corns.candies.ice cream.food.airbrush tattoo.badge making.ill comunications.
4.55pm.long queues to get their free temporary tats and getting their handywork sealed on badges as memorable souvenirs.somebody told the operators to stop at 5pm.they did as instructed,and stopped the crowd from joining and struggled to get the remaining people what they sought for.xiau hui,duty was to ensure that everything was smooth,and realising that something was wrong,quickly ordered the operators to continue without stopping.but she was a second too late.she was approached by a lady,who was one of the organising comittee for the event.she shouted at her,and accused her for stopping the queue,with everybody watching.the lady also flipped her lanyard,exposing her pass,indicating that she's a member of the event organising committee.the lady also told xiauhui that she will report a complain about her.xiauhui told her to proceed with her intention and flipped her pass to her face."Go Ahead.."

Case issue no.3-Fad vs family with kids who played soccer at a-no-ball-games-lawn.

we were setting up equipments for an autograph session when a ball was kicked and went directly towards us where we were busy laying cables.the kids were playing soccer and hitting the ball so hard against the panels behind the dj console and on the walls of the tentage.they were playing on the lawn where there was a huge wooden sign stating no ball games allowed.fearing that they might kicked the ball and damage our equipments,i told them not once but twice.still they ignored and continue playing.i told fad to approach and stop them as he was wearing a staff pass as i left mine in the console.they ignored still.twice and finally the third warning by fad,he said,"hello,if you don't stop now,i'll cut your ball into half!"
they stopped.
and they sat back with their parents at a table close to the console.
during the autograph session,the kids started again.this time fad shouted."HARLOW!!!!!"but was quickly intercepted by a feminine voice."excuse me,hello..why are you shouting at my kids?can't u speak nicely to them?i am their mother.you should approach me and you should speak nicely as we're of the same race.."
fad answered,"i've spoke to them many times,but they ignored,and i just fear that they might do some damage on the equipments and we're having a show."
another voice replied,this time round it's an elderly guy,"if they damage your equipments,i'll pay!!!!"
"it's not about paying,and i don't want your money,it's our responsibility of everything that goes around here.it's my job."fad answered and walked away.
