Too Legit To Quit

a bit uneasy and a lil discomfort on the shoulders, the straps were always slipping sideways, and with the huge masses of 'weird looking creatures' trodding slowly causing a heavy traffic,it was pure hell.i felt like a lost droid.

i was sweating, but thank God i'm safe and sound in this cockpit though the a/c didn't really contribute much help.outside, the heat was horribly unbearable.i was sweating coz i was busy dancing, swerving, dodging, waving and shaking hundreds of beings' hands.some took pictures with me,some just cheered and some just jeered not forgetting those dumbasses who pinched, pushed, punched and slapped.i was escorted by a living being code named-A.L.A.N.me,together with my compadre-in-crime Kapitan Fadli,we would have drowned in the sea of squirmy hands and sticky fingers.

the rocket scientists who designed this new model had extended and widened the vision but still,it wasn't perfected.i raised alarm,"sam to mothership...sam to mothership..visual impaired,i repeat..bad vision, bad vision.."but hell, nobody attended to my cries.personally,i still prefered the older version, sad, that good things don't last.i miss the old one.help!

we've to stick to the mission.no,not another search and destroy mission, neither was it a rescue one.it was more of a R&R.for a mere 2hrs,the money was good, ese.we executed a perfect plan, despite the busy schedule and some intimidations by seniors, but we kicked it right as foreseen.

we were dashing.on stage, atmosphere almost similar like Mos Eisley Cantina, raving in front of a crowd of younglings, but we can't see them.the par can lights blinded our sight, but we did what we did.the only thing that sent chills, were the their high pitched voices and thunderous applause.we were good.

fully transformed,we felt like super-heroes,'they' made our day.hugs and flying kisses.and those little brown boys and girls were the cutest, grab our hands and kiss them, treated 'us' with pure respect.i felt like Stevie Wonder.

and when it's all over,i looked back on my aching shoulder, and in an awkward Terminator stance,i mumbled,"i'll be back!"the horrors were over.and it was time to shuttle back to Tatooine.

(notice the patch of sweat on lower chest and upper abdomen-it's not system malfunction,it's altered during alien abduction in 1999.)
